Delivery and Returns
We aim to ship all orders the next business day, however this may take longer during periods of sale and promotions. We endeavour to communicate with our customers any and all delays we may be experiencing.
STANDARD UK DELIVERY £3.50 via Royal Mail 1st Class
Orders are handled in the UK by Royal Mail, and passed on to local postal services. A signature is required. Please note that this service is only tracked within the UK, and that all import charges that may occur are the sole responsibility of the recipient. As much as we'd like to, we cannot guarantee delivery within a certain time frame.

*Unfortunately we cannot offer free shipping for orders over 2kg. For these large and/or heavy orders, customers will be invoiced separately with the most economic shipping cost available. If you have questions while browsing the shop, please do get in touch at email@example.com
We do hope that you will love everything, but if you wish to return your purchase, we are happy to accept returns and exchanges in keeping with our guidelines. Simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with 'return' and your order number in the subject field.
Returns will be only be accepted if the following criteria is met:
Should your item(s) arrive damaged or faulty, please email us as soon as possible and include a photo.
Please note that we cannot offer refunds on any discounted merchandise. This includes both SALE items and items purchased during short term promotions. A credit note will be issued for discounted merchandise that is returned to us.
Refunds will be processed for the total sum of your order, minus shipping costs. We will communicate throughout the process to let you know when we've received your items and processed your refund.
