Europe

Free for orders over £175.00*
EUROPEAN STANDARD TRACKED DELIVERY £9.50

Orders are handled in the UK by Royal Mail, and passed on to local postal services. A signature is required.  Please note that this service is only tracked within the UK, and that all import charges that may occur are the sole responsibility of the recipient.  As much as we'd like to, we cannot guarantee delivery within a certain time frame.

*Unfortunately we cannot offer free shipping for orders over 2kg.  For these large and/or heavy orders, customers will be invoiced separately with the most economic shipping cost available.  If you have questions while browsing the shop, please do get in touch at info@popsandozzy.com

 

RETURNS

We do hope that you will love everything, but if you wish to return your purchase, we are happy to accept returns and exchanges in keeping with our guidelines.  Simply email us at info@popsandozzy.com with 'return' and your order number in the subject field, and we will provide you with a returns form.  Returns will be accepted if the following criteria is met:

We must receive your items within 14 days of their delivery.
Items must be unworn, unused, unopened, and unwashed.
All tags, labels, and hygiene strips must remain attached.

Should your item(s) arrive damaged or faulty, please email us as soon as possible and include a photo.

Please note that we cannot offer refunds on sale items, or any merchandise purchased at a discount exceeding 25%.

Refunds will be processed for the total sum of your order, minus shipping costs.  We will communicate throughout the process to let you know when we've received your items and processed your refund.

We always recommend that you send items back using a recorded service.  We do not pay for return postage, and cannot assume responsibility for items that do not reach us.
